EVALUATION CRITERIA
To receive the course certificate, it is necessary to cover 80% of attendance and deliver an individual essay on the indicated date (the penultimate week of the course).
The essay should be a work focused on the reflection of the topics presented in the course. You can choose a topic and develop it or include multiple topics that serve for the reflection-discussion of the student. The essay should be submitted in an Arial or Times New Roman font format (preferably), size 12, and which does not exceed the range of 2000 or 3000 characters.
Papers should have the basic structure of an essay, that is: introduction (problem statement, purpose, and research questions), development (academic argumentation), conclusions, critical apparatus and sources of consultation (academic, specialized journals, or government entities. Please avoid any source that have not been subjected to an editorial process of opinion or peer review).
It is essential that the works include the citations and references of the documents that support its research. The format that the student must use will be the one proposed by the American Psychological Association, known as APA. Every time an idea, data, theory, image, or words of another person is used while conducting your essay, you must indicate the author's last name, year of publication, title, and subtitle of the work, edition from the second, country, and publisher. Example: “Clark, E. (1965). Preventive Medicine: an epidemiological approach. NY. McGraw Hill.”
At the end of the work, all sources should be listed in alphabetical order.
