Director of the Facultad de Contaduría y Administración (FCA) of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Administration from UNAM, and a doctorate in Public Administration. He currently chairs the Asociación Nacional de Facultades y Escuelas de Contaduría y Administración (ANFECA) and the Asociación Latinoamericana de Facultades y Escuelas de Contaduría y Administración (ALAFEC). He has more than 25 years of academic and administrative experience at the FCA, where he has held positions such as Secretary General, Head of the Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, and Head of the Secretariat for Dissemination and Editorial Promotion. He is a Full-Time Professor “C” and serves as a tutor in undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as a mentor in initiatives for MIPYMES and women’s entrepreneurship. He has co-authored book chapters, co-coordinated collective works, and authored articles in indexed academic journals, both national and international. He is a member of the Technical Advisory Commission on Accounting of the Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP) and of the National Productivity Committee, coordinated by the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, where he contributes to the Subcommittee for Monitoring the New Labor Model. He has participated in more than 60 academic events and has collaborated as a jury member, speaker, and advisor on topics related to administration, social entrepreneurship, gender, and public policy.
