She has a bachelor's degree in Hispanic Literature from UAM-Iztapalapa, a master's degree and a doctorate from the Colegio de México in Asian and African studies with a specialization in Chinese literature. She also studied Chinese language, culture and literature at the Beijing Language and Culture University and the People's University of China. She currently teaches Literature at the CEB Jesús Reyes Heroles in Mexico City. She has collaboratively published the translation of Zhang Jie's short novel Esmeralda, some short translations of Zhuangzi and Bei Dao's poems in Atrás de la raya magazine that I am writing, translated and analyzed a short story by Feng Menglong as a master's thesis and a doctoral thesis: "Idealism and disillusionment in Zhang Jie's and Zhang Xinxin's narrative".
