General information

The course on Philosophy and Religion of Asia aims to bring the general public and the university and academic community closer to the knowledge of the religious practices and manifestations of the Asian continent. In the same way, its ways of thinking and conception of the world expressed through diverse manifestations throughout the continent will be explored. The course explores, from the academic point of view, both the philosophical thought and religious expressions that have made Asia a continent with unique and diverse characteristics that have contributed invaluable elements for the development of humanity.

Admission Profile

Professionals and specialists from different disciplines belonging to the public or private sector, academics, undergraduate and graduate students and the general public related to the subject.

Development of the course

The course will be given in 16 sessions

Duration: May 3 to June 28

Schedule: Mondays from 15:00 to 18:00 hours.

Details of the registration process

2. After receiving reports, confirm your interest to participate as a student to the same email.

3. Once your registration to the course has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail within 3 working days with an attached file with the payment form and a small registration form.

4. Make the payment before the due date.

5. Once the payment has been made, you must send by mail the original payment receipt, with your name and signature on the back, and a copy of an official ID.

6. If you require an invoice, please notify us at the time of submitting your proof of payment, along with the fiscal data to make it. OTHERWISE, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE INVOICE LATER.

Evaluation

Essay

1. The essay should be a reflective work on the topics presented in the course.

2. Format: Arial or Times New Roman preferably, size 12 and which does not exceed the range of 2,000 to 3,000 words. Spaces and a half.

3. Structure: * Introduction (problem statement, purpose and research questions) * Development (academic argumentation, discussion, why do you think that?) * Conclusions and sources consulted (academic, specialized, journals, governmental entities, materials submitted to an editorial process of opinion or peer review; avoid wikis or blogs and materials that do not have the above characteristics).
