Graduate in Hispanic Language and Literature, master's in Applied Linguistics and Ph.D. in Literature from UNAM. Senior professor C of TC at CEPE of UNAM. Spanish professor as LE. Tutor in the master’s degree in Education at the Virtual University of Tec. De Monterrey, in the Graduate Diplomas in Applied Distance Linguistics for Language professor and in the Postgraduate Specialization Program in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language of which she was Coordinator.

She has developed the PAPIME projects "The human speech apparatus in the third dimension" and the multimedia material "Spanish through Mexican culture" and the application "Pronounce Spanish with Sarahí". She coordinated the curricular design of two diploma courses for the training of Spanish teacher as a foreign language. She coordinated the series Thus we speak. Spanish as a Foreign Language and Said and Done 1. Spanish as a Foreign Language and published Mexico. Civilization Manual. Spanish Foreign Language. She has held various academic-administrative positions at CEPE, such as Head of the Teacher Training Department. She is currently Secretary-General of CEPE.
