Doctor in Law (UNAM), with the line of research in Distance Legal Teaching and PhD candidate in Education by the UA of S.L.P., with the line of research in Educational Competencies. He has studied many different national and foreign curricula, courses and symposiums of curricular extension; he is a professor at the UNAM Law School, where he teaches the subjects of Sucessory Law and Family Law, as well as Procedural Law (distance system). Trial lawyer. He has taught several courses in public bodies and is the author of several articles in books and legal journals. The UNAM recognizes him with the Training, Internship, Exchanges and scholarship in oral trials (USAID), with PRIDE "A" and with the Extraordinary Chair "Héctor González Uribe".
