She holds a Master's degree in Asian and African Studies, specializing in Southeast Asia, from the Colegio de México (2017) and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Universidad de Colima (2014). She has served as a professor at Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro, as well as Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ), where she served as Coordinator of the Bachelor's Degree in International Relations until August 2021. She is currently studying for a PhD in Political and Social Sciences in the field of International Relations at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Her lines of research are: Southeast Asian regional and international relations, development, political history and society in Indonesia as well as theory of International Relations.
