Economist specializing in gender economics, socioeconomic indicators, sustainable development, health economics, public debt, social inclusion, and protection policies. With a strong academic background, he holds a Ph.D. in Governance, Management, and Economics from the Parthenope University of Naples, along with master's degrees in Economics and Economic Policy from the University of Bologna and a master’s degree in International Health and Social Management from MCI-Innsbruck. Additionally, he completed an official two-year postdoctoral research programme on gender studies and economic development at UNAM under the supervisory of Dr. Alicia Girón, further enhancing his understanding of these critical issues. He has made significant contributions to advancing SDGs and addressing gender inequality. The results of the projects have published in renowned journals and collaborated with the United Nations agencies, including the WHO, ESCAP, ECA, IDEP, and ESCWA. Notably, his work on the development of Survey 2023 with ESCAP has shaped policy analysis on public debt management. With a passion for social justice and integrity, he has actively engaged in research and consulting roles. His expertise in health economics, gender equality, and public policy has been utilized in projects ranging from implementing equitable health financing models in Pakistan to formulating public policies for reducing inequalities and promoting sustainable development in African countries.
