Bachelor of Economics (FE - UNAM); Master's Degree in Public Administration and Public Policy (ITESM - CDMX), and in International Administration and Global Governance by the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. Diploma in Parliamentary Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana, and in Political Innovation from the Academy of Political Innovation (Argentina). He completed a postgraduate professional practice in the Andina Development Corporation (CAF), a Latin American development bank (Caracas, Venezuela). Research assistant at The Quality of Government Institute, University of Gothenburg. In 2016 he made a stay at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (Beijing). Professor of subject in the Faculty of Economics UNAM, school and open systems. He was a professor at the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur, and Technological University of Mexico.
