Juan José Ramírez

Engineer and architect from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). He holds a Master's degree in Urban Development from El Colegio de México (COLMEX) and a PhD in Economic and Social Development from the Institut d'etudes du Developpement Economique et Social from the Université de Paris-I. He is a research professor at the Center for Asian and African Studies at COLMEX. His main research interests are: economic integration processes in the Pacific region, socioeconomic development, and Latin America-Asia Pacific economic relations.
