Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from Waseda University. Associate professor of the Department of Information Science at Meisei University, Tokyo, Japan. Before joining Meisei University in 2015, he was an assistant professor at Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan, an assistant professor at the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan, a junior researcher at Waseda University, and a research associate at the same university. He was also an associate professor at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), Alexandria, Egypt from 2010 to 2012.
