He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Douala (Cameroon), a Master in International Relations and a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from UNAM. He is currently a professor-researcher at the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and Coordinator of Research and Scientific Dissemination of the Center for Research and Graduate Studies of the Faculty of Accounting and Administration of the UASLP. Member of the Permanent Seminar of African Studies of the FCPyS-UNAM. He is author and co-author of several books and articles on public management, political economy, regional cooperation and integration, conflict management, community, among others.
