Karina Rojas

She graduated in Design and Visual Communication at the Faculty of Arts and Design. She holds a master's degree in Modern and Contemporary Art from the Centre of Culture Casa Lamm, and a master's degree in Philosophy, Religion, and Culture in the Contemporary Era from the UCLG/ Higher Institute of Ecclesiastical Studies of Mexico. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Art History at the Centro de Cultura Casa Lamm, and is currently enrolled in the Philosophy Ph.D. programme at the UCLG/ ISEE. She is a full-time professor at FAD. By teaching subjects of theoretical and historical profile in the Design and Visual Communication degree, she has been actively involved in the direction of terminal research projects at the bachelor level, having directed to date more than 50, including theses and dissertations, besides participating in a synodal in 73 others. She is part of the list of tutors of the Postgraduate in Arts and Design of the FAD, where she has directed three master's projects, and mentored four others, as well as one doctoral project. Her publications include her participation in Academic notebooks I and II. Essays and Notes around Fine Arts and Design and Visual Communication; her research and compilation of texts for the book 30 years of exhibitions by the Oscar Román Gallery Collection; and the book Prakriti: an exploration through Ayurveda, published in Argentina.
