Scholar of the Egyptian civilization and the development of Egyptological science. He studied at the Institute of Egyptology of Argentina. Specialized in the history and culture of the Second Kingdom of Kush (Napata-Meroe) in the current Republic of Sudan. He has given numerous courses and conferences. Founding member of CEEMO (Centro de Estudios del Egipto y del Mediterráneo Oriental), in Buenos Aires, Argentina, integrating the Board of Directors and the Research Team. Head of the course History of the Pharaonic Civilization, with seven modules of two months each. Participated in the 11th International Conference on Meroitic Studies (Vienna, September 2008) presenting the paper "The hafir as a water purification resource". In November 2015 he participated in the Italian-Russian Mission to Abu Erteila, Republic of Sudan, co-directed by Prof. Eugenio Fantusati of La Sapienza University of Rome and Dr. Eleonora Kormysheva of the Moscow Academy of Sciences. Since 2009 they excavate a Meroitic site with administrative buildings and a temple of the royal couple Natakamani and Amanitore (mid-1st century AD).
