He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences with orientation in International Relations from UNAM, a master’s in international Cooperation from the Instituto de Investigaciones José María Luis Mora and the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos of Spain, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UNAM. He has 15 years of teaching experience, teaching courses at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad del Valle de México and UNAM. His area of expertise is the definition of new models of migration administration from the integration space of the European Union, as a frame of reference for the design of international migration policies in other latitudes. He has published works for UNAM, Instituto Mora, INM, IBERO and Universidad Autónoma de Quintana Roo. His areas of focus are migratory mobility, social intervention, development cooperation and international cooperation. She has been responsible for a series of notebooks dedicated to migration (UIA-Instituto Mora) with the participation of various academics and scholars on this topic. His participation in the program strengthens the areas of migratory mobility, practice and social intervention and community development. He has been coordinator of the master’s program in Migration Studies and is a professor and researcher in the Department of International Studies at IBERO.
