Bachelor’s in International Relations from the School of Political and Social Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Master in Asian and African Studies, with a specialty in Middle East and North Africa at The College of Mexico and master in National Security from the Naval University of the Secretary of the Navy, Navy of Mexico. He has a diploma in Disarmament and International Security from the Matías Romero Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) by the Habitat-UNAM Program. He studied at the King Saud University of Saudi Arabia and at the University of Cairo, Egypt. He studied his doctorate in Peace and International Security at the General Gutiérrez Mellado University Institute in Madrid and is a master in Public Security. Professor at the UNAM School of Political and Social Sciences. He served as Director of the School of Strategic Safeguarding of the Subdirectorate of Strategic Safeguarding of Petroleos Mexicanos and Subdirector for the Middle East and Central Asia in the General Directorate for Africa and the Middle East, from the Secretary of Foreign Relations, visiting professor to the subjects Theory of the State and Main Government Systems in the East, Middle East and Africa, in the Master's Degree in Military Administration for National Security and Defense, at the National Defense College of the Secretariat of National Defense. He is a member of the Mexican Association for International Studies (AMEI), the Latin American Association for Asian and African Studies (ALADAA), and the Who's Who International Historical Society.
