Graduate in International Trade from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi (UASLP), Master in Asian and African Studies from The College of Mexico A.C., A.C., Specialty in Southeast Asia by the Center for Strategic Studies in Jakarta, Indonesia (CSIS). He is currently the Coordinator of the Bachelor of Commerce and International Business of the Faculty of Economics of the UASLP. He is also a professor of the Master in Logistics and International Marketing at UNLA (Morelia), Master in International Finance (Marista University), and a Bachelor of Banking and Commercial School and distance at the Universidad San Gil de Colombia. He is president of the Academic Network of International Trade and Business for the period 2016-2018.

He has been a professor in the Master in Administration with a Specialty in International Business and the Bachelor in International Relations at UNAM. He held the position of Academic Secretary of the Open and Distance University System of the same institution. He has been a professor at the Tec. De Monterrey, Mexico City Campus, and San Luis Potosí Campus, from the North Anáhuac University and the Technological University of Mexico. He has participated as a visiting professor at the following institutions: the National Autonomous University of Honduras, The College of Mexico, The College of San Luis, the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas Tampico Campus, among others.

He has collaborated in different institutions abroad such as the Embassy of Mexico in Jakarta, Indonesia, among others. He’s fluent in several languages: English, French, Portuguese, Indonesian, Malay, Italian, and German.
