He holds a degree in International Relations from the FCPyS of the UNAM, and a Master's degree in International Relations. Lecturer at the FCPyS. Former Technical Secretary of the European Studies Center of the FCPyS. Coordinator of the Center for European Studies since 2016. His lines of research on Europe are: Social inclusion and governance in Mexico-European Union relations, Mexico and the European Union, European social policies and Comparative regionalisms: European Union-North America.
