Ph.D. in Sciences. Trans-Pacific International Relations Area from the University of Colima. Master in Asian and African Studies. Specialty: Japan by The College of Mexico. Degree in International Relations, from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

He worked as Coordinator and Advisor of the Teaching Area in the Ministry of Tourism. He was a rapporteur for the Third World Center for Economic and Social Studies. In the same way, he has been an advisor to the National Institutional Revolutionary Party, the Department of the Federal District, the Secretariat of Energy, Mines and Parastatal Industry (SEMIP), and the Chamber of Deputies of Mexico where he was also Interim Coordinator.

At the College of Mexico, he carried out the important work of Academic Coordinator of CEAA and was Interim Director in the period 2015-2016. He is currently a Research Professor at the Center.
